We manage the CDC or DA/CC approval process, including all certifier inspections, registered surveyor, and colour schedule selection.

Construction

Construction commences with a dedicated site foreman. Progress payments are made at key stages: Base, Frame, Lock-Up, Gyprock, Fixing.

Quality Control

Our team conducts rigorous quality checks at every stage. We ensure all work meets Australian Standards, BASIX requirements and your specifications.

Handover

We complete a thorough walkthrough with you, address any minor defects, clean the site, and hand over your keys with the Occupation Certificate.
